Could you let me know which floor the apartment is situated on? One of the guests in our party has mobility concerns and may have difficulty using stairs. Is there an elevator available?

The building has two apartments: one on the ground floor and another on the second floor. Please note that there is no elevator available.
For our group of four, including two teenagers, can you confirm if the couch is a pull-out bed and how comfortable it is for sleeping?

In the images, there is one apartment with a red brick wall and another with a white brick wall. Which one corresponds to Anna's and which to Rudnie's?

Anna's apartment features a red brick wall and is located on the ground floor, while Rudnie's apartment has a white brick wall and is situated on the second floor.
Are there provisions for checking in late at night, and is there a lockbox for the keys? We also want to know if a baby cot can be provided at no extra charge.

Keys are available in a secure lockbox outside the flat for your convenience. Baby cots can be provided free of charge - just request one when booking.
Can you provide information on whether there is free parking available nearby? I'll be driving from another country and my arrival time is uncertain.

The street next to the building requires a parking permit. However, there is free on-street parking available approximately 200 meters behind the building.
If I lose the apartment key during my stay, will there be a replacement fee? What happens if personal belongings are left in the apartment after checkout?

There is a charge of 150 PLN for the loss of a key. Any items left in the apartment should be reported; they will be stored for three months before being disposed of or donated.
Is it possible to change my reservation later if needed? How would I proceed with this change?
